How louvre windows work
Louvre windows are made of blades that open outward. The blades turn 180 degrees to let in as little or as much air as you wish. When closed, the blades sit flush with the wall.
They offer the ultimate in ventilation control. Open them up fully to make the most of a cool summer breeze or partially (even during wet weather) to maintain ventilation and help prevent condensation. For privacy, and to maximise air circulation, place louvres above head height.
Opening louvre windows to different angles will allow the sun to make contact evenly across the surface to assist with uniform colouration and drying.
